  6. SUPERHEAVY opens with.."Superheavy." The song has a nice enough groove, with a slightly Third World vibe to it. However, the track is marred by a group of vocals that are all over the map, ranging from Marley's slurred, incoherent words to Jagger's flat ones, while Stone comes across shrill and grating/5().
  7. SuperHeavy certainly don’t lack for ambition but there’s a self-congratulatory insularity here that’s off-putting; they’re making music for themselves yet are convinced of its edifying properties. Perhaps if the album actually had some kineticism to its eclecticism, or at least a hook or a tune, it would earn its wannabe evangelism, but the untrammeled indulgence turns this into a gaudy multicolored circus.5/
  8. SuperHeavy were a one-off supergroup project consisting of Mick Jagger, Joss Stone, Dave Stewart, A. R. Rahman, and Damian Marley.
